Hodge, Margaret (1944–)

English politician and member of Parliament. Born Margaret Oppenheimer, Sept 8, 1944; m. Andrew Watson, 1968 (div. 1978); m. Henry Hodge (OBE), 1978.

Served as senior consultant, Price Waterhouse (1992–94); representing Labour, elected to House of Commons for Barking (1994, 1997, 2001, 2005); named chair, Education and Employment (1997); named minister of State, Department for Work and Pensions (2005).
