Swedish screen actress. Born May 20, 1889, in Stockholm, Sweden; died Sept 3, 1978, in Vardinge, Stockholm; m. Gustaf Molander (director, screenwriter), 1910 (div. 1918); m. Lars Hanson (actor), 1922 (div. 1965).
Star of early Swedish silents, films include Halvblod (Half-Breed), The Red Tower, Kärlek och journalistik (released in US as Love and Journalism), Hennes Kungliga höghet, Thomas Graals bästa film, Tösen från Stormytorpet (released in US as Girl from Stormy Croft), Vem sköt?, Thomas Graals bästa barn, Synnöve Solbakken (title role), Surrogatet, Erotikon, Fiskebyn, Bomben and Gabrielle.
