Swedish Alpine skier. Name variations: Anja Pärson. Born April 25, 1981, in Taernaby, Sweden; sister of Frida Paerson (skier).

Placed 3rd in the giant slalom and 1st in slalom at the World championships (2001); won a bronze medal for slalom and silver medal for giant slalom at Salt Lake City Olympics (2002); at World championships, won a gold medal for giant slalom (2003) and was overall World Cup champion (2004); won bronze medals for combined and downhill at Torino Olympics (2006).
