English mountaineer. Sister of Anna Pigeon (mountaineer).
With sister, crossed the Sesia Joch between Zermatt and Alagna (1869), made the 1st female traverse of the Matterhorn up the Breuil side and down the Zermatt, and eventually ascended the mountain from all 4 approaches.
