Australian rower. Name variations: Kate Elizabeth Slatter. Born Nov 19, 1971, in South Australia; graduate of Australian National University.

With Megan Still, went undefeated in national and international competition (1995), culminating in the World championship, and won a gold medal for coxless pair at Atlanta Olympics (1996), the 1st Australian oarswomen to do so; with Rachael Taylor, won a silver medal for coxless pair at Sydney Olympics (2000). Presented with Order of Australia (1997).
