Popovici, Doru , Romanian composer; b. Reşiţa, Feb. 17, 1932. He studied at the Bucharest Cons. with Constantinescu, Negrea, Andricu, Rogalski, Jora, and Vancea (1950–55) and attended the summer courses in new music in Darmstadt.
