SIDELIGHTS: Maurice Breslow once told CA: "My plays are of two types: children's plays and adult plays, often based on historical subjects and exploring the world of the spirit and the imagination. My short stories are largely autobiographical, or concerned with individuals in difficult circumstances. My articles are about theater, the arts, and baseball."
More recently, Breslow added: "Since retiring from Queen's University, I have been able to devote full time to writing, including 'Full Circle,' a mystery-comedy play about Sherlock Holmes and his creator Arthur Conan Doyle, and 'The Dark down the Hall,' a play about romance in everyday lives."
