MICHIGAN ALGORITHM DECODER (MAD)

MAD was a computer language based on Algol 58 developed at the University of Michigan to teach programming to undergraduate students. It was very efficient, which meant that the programs were returned to the students rather quickly, and it provided good diagnostics, which helped the students find their errors.
