Sam Bull Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarship assistance to qualified individuals who want to pursue their education. Focus: Law; Political science. Qualif.: Applicant must be a First Nation native who has resided in Alberta for at least one year; must demonstrate interest in law or political science education. Criteria: Recipient will be evaluated by the selection committee based on academic performance, chosen area of study in relation to First Nation community development, and future career aspirations.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. To Apply: Applicant must prepare a 100 to 200 word statement of personal and academic objectives, which should emphasize how their proposed course of study will contribute to First Nation community development in Canada. Application forms are available online and must be sent together with other supporting documents to General Manager, PO Box 180, Enoch, AB T7X 3Y3. Deadline: February 15.
