Mulder, Ernest Willem
Mulder, Ernest Willem, Dutch composer, conductor, and teacher; b. Amsterdam, July 21, 1898; d. there, April 12, 1959. He was a pupil of Schulz (piano) and Zweers (composition) at the Amsterdam Toonkunst cons., where he later was a prof, of theory and composition. From 1938 to 1947 he lectured at the Univ. of Utrecht. He also was director of the Bussum Music School and conductor of the Toonkunst Musical Soc.
