CFIDS Association of America NP Student Scholarships (Graduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To assist an AANP student and members in their education. Focus: Nursing. Qualif.: Applicants must be an AANP student and full member; an MSN-NP student pursuing a Master's in Nursing with NP specialty; have a minimum MSN-NP study GPA of 3.5. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the Selection Committee's review of the application materials.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must request an application at [email protected]. Deadline: April 28.

Remarks: Post-MS NP, DNP and doctoral students are not qualified. Scholarship is sponsored by the Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) Association of America.

Frank Cole Memorial Emergency NP Student Scholarships (Graduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To assist an AANP student and members in their education. Focus: Nursing. Qualif.: Applicants must be an AANP student and full member; an MSN-NP student pursuing a Master's in Nursing with NP specialty; have a minimum MSN-NP study GPA of 3.5. Criteria: Applicant with an Emergency focus or with ER work history will be given preference.

Deets-Laine Geriatric NP Student Scholarships (Doctorate, Graduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To assist an AANP student and members in their education. Focus: Nursing; Geriatric medicine. Qualif.: Applicants must be an AANP student and full member; a MSN-Geriatric NP student pursuing a Master's in Nursing with a Geriatric NP specialty; practicing NP with an MSN pursuing Geriatric NP education in an accredited Post-MS Geriatric NP program; have a Master's in Nursing; and be pursuing Geriatric NP education in an accredited Post-MS Geriatric NP program. For MSN-Geriatric NP students, applicant must have a minimum MSN-GNP study GPA of 3.5 and above and enrolled in a BSN-MSN bridge program or direct entry program. For Post-MS Geriatric NP student, applicant must have a minimum MSN-GNP study GPA of 3.5 and above. For DNP students, applicant must have a DNP study GPA of 3.75 and above. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the Selection Committee's review of the application materials.
