American Advertising Federation-Cleveland College Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To bring advertising, public relations, sales and marketing professionals together to build networks and create business solutions. Focus: Advertising. Qualif.: Applicants must be Ohio college students majoring in advertising, marketing and communications; must be Ohio residents and enrolled on a full-time basis; must have a current minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; must be seniors, juniors or in the last semester of the sophomore year. Criteria: Recipients are selected on a financial need and merit basis.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form, transcript of records, two letters of recommendation from faculty and/or professionals and a one page, double-spaced essay stating their career goals. Deadline: October 29.

American Advertising Federation-Cleveland High School Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide opportunity for students who plan to pursue careers in advertising, marketing, communication, photography and graphic design. Focus: Advertising. Qualif.: Applicants must be enrolled in a Cleveland Municipal School District high school; must be planning to enroll in a communication/marketing-related major at an accredited college or university with the goal of pursuing a degree; must carry a full course-load and hold a current minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale; must be in their senior year. Criteria: Recipients are selected on a financial need and merit basis.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form, two letters of recommendation from teachers or other professionals and a typed one page, double-spaced essay describing their career goals. Deadline: January 22.
