English stage and screen actress. Born May 14, 1918, in Teddington, London, England; died Oct 30, 1984, in London; dau. of Fred Duprez (vaudevillian and actor); m. Dr. F. Guy Beauchamp (div.); m. once more (div. 1965); children: 2 daughters.
Made stage debut at Coventry Repertory; made film debut in The Crimson Circle (1936), followed by The Spy in Black, The Cardinal, The Four Feathers, The Thief of Bagdad, They Raid by Night, None but the Lonely Heart and And Then There Were None, among others.
