AOFAS Research Grants Program (Graduate/Grant)

Purpose: To assist members and other orthopedists in providing the highest quality foot and ankle care to the public. Focus: Orthopedic. Qualif.: Eligibility for grant funding is a benefit of membership in AOFAS, and the principle or co-principle project investigator must be an AOFAS active, Candidate or International member. Criteria: Investigator will not be awarded more than two grants in any four consecutive years.

Funds Avail.: $10,000. To Apply: The grant application form and administrative policies and procedures are available online. Deadline: December 1.

Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Fellowships (Graduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: To assist members and other orthopedists in providing the highest quality foot and ankle care to the public. Focus: Orthopedic. Qualif.: Applicants must be orthopedic surgeons. Criteria: Recipients will be selected based on a consensus by foot and ankle fellowship directors.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants may download an application form online. Upon completion of the requirements, the applicants must submit their application together with curriculum vitae, Personal Vitae, Personal Statement, and check list of programs. Deadline: May 7.
