Donald J. Bristow Memorial Scholarship Program (Graduate, Undergraduate/Scholarship)
Purpose: To support deserving students planning to enter a business related field. Focus: Business; Accounting; Finance. Qualif.: Applicant must be a member of an ethic minority; an active NABA student member; enrolled full-time at a four-year United States college or university; must be a freshman, sophomore, junior or first-year senior undergraduate pursuing a major in accounting, finance, or business; or a graduate student in a master's-level business program; must meet the minimum requirement of 3.5 major GPA and 3.3 overall GPA or equivalent. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the application and other supporting materials.
Funds Avail.: $3,500. To Apply: Applicant must submit a completed National Scholarship Application (NSA) available at the website; a current official transcript; a copy of Student/Permanent Resident Visa (for non-U.S. citizen applicants); a resume; two letters of recommendation; a personal biography (maximum of 500 words) discussing career objectives, leadership skills, community activities, and involvement in NABA. Deadline: January 31.
