German Alpine skier. Born June 18, 1957, in Seeg Algäu, Germany; sister of Maria Epple (Alpine skier).
At World championships, won a silver medal for downhill (1978); won a silver medal for giant slalom at Lake Placid Olympics (1980); won the World Cup title for giant slalom and a silver medal for overall (1982).
